FFIP Store
In the past FFIP has covered the expenses of mailings (newsletters, books, parole plan packages, etc.) with the donations of generous folks who frequently attend our meetings, telephone or correspond with us through email and regular postal mail. As our circle grows we are no longer able to cover the costs of all of these items. The items in the store help cover costs so that we can continue to support those affected by the prison system. (See About Us for more information)
BEYOND THE BARS AWARENESS

"There is a well kept secret among those who have a loved one in prison. Chances are you are surrounded by people filled with guilt and shame for a crime they did not commit. Family members and loved ones of inmates are the silent victims. They are serving the time even though they have not committed the crime. Awareness is the first step. You can help raise awareness by wearing your pin. The bars represent the loved ones in prison and the “X” and “O” represent our love for them. Let’s make it okay to talk about our loved ones without fear of condemnation. Let’s help the children and families of loved ones in prison know that they are supported and not alone." - FFIPer

Chicken Soup for the Prisoner's Soul
Chicken Soup for the Prisoner’s Soul by Tom Lagana. A case of these books was purchased by a former FFIPer in order to earn money for the group. We can only send these to regular addresses, none can be sent by us to the prisons or jails due to the many restrictions these institutions put on their incoming mail. We have only a few copies left so we would hope that you would avail yourself of these books quickly.
$15.00 please plus $5.00 shipping and handling
My Daddy Does Good Things Too
My Daddy Does Good Things Too from Homeplace Press, written by Linda Gaffney, MS, and illustrated by Nickalas Goetting and U.Darney. From the perspective of a child we view the daily life of these children as they deal with having an absent parent.
$10.00 please plus $2.00 shipping and handling.
The Parole Plan Package
The Parole Plan Package is a compilation of work done by a FFIPer and her husband (formerly incarcerated) to provide an overview of accomplishments before and during prison time, and a plan to live on the outside when he hopefully received his parole. With this useful information he did receive his parole and was very successful! The couple put this plan together for FFIP. We packaged it with other useful information. It allows the family and friends to learn about parole boards, to anticipate what is expected, and to plan for the re-entry of their loved one into the current setting.
$25.00 please, plus $5.00 shipping and handling.
Rags to Riches, Change is Power
Rags to Riches, Change is Power This combination of books was donated to us by John Ross of the Inside Corporation. The books were used as part of a presentation to the inmates of the Nevada Department of Corrections. The books proved very useful and are still available to us! One inmate is quoted “… I might not have returned to prison”. These books are very useful to ‘outmates’ as well as inmates and can be used in groups or singularly to change one’s life principles and outlook.
$10.00 covers both books (best used as a set) $3.00 shipping and handling.
